1. Will the promotions give me a good amount of streams on my song?
Yes, you’d definitely get streams on Boomplay by running these promotions. However, the amount of exposure and streams your song gets is heavily dependent on the package you go for and also based on how good your song is. If you decide to promote a below average track, most listeners might not want to listen. So, please put out your best works.
2. What is the duration of the promotion?
The promotion period lasts 3 weeks — 1 month and can extend if the song is gaining good traction and fans love it.
3. Are there any restrictions on songs eligible for promotion?
Any song of any mood or genre can be promoted at any time. However, Boomplay doesn’t allow or promote songs that violates their platform’s rules (e.g. piracy, pornography, violence or political involvement). If this occurs, we’d contact you for a song replacement.
4. Can i get a refund on a promotion after its done?
Refunds are not available after payment is done. This is because we would have started working on your promotion to get your song to a wider Boomplay audience.
